Due to our property being old and our roof being unsafe, Josh organised scaffolding to be erected this wasn’t originally planned and hardly effected the original quote.
Not only that he completely re pointed our chimney stack as again that was unsafe.
We are delighted with our log burner it looks amazing.

we had the privilege of having josh come up at very short notice today to help my sister who was extremely distressed, after sweeping her own chimmney and having the chimmney brush come away from the rods, and get stuck in the chimmney.
This is my sisters only form of heating in her home.
we spoke to Josh on a Saturday morning when this happened.
Although it was the weekend and he had his little one.
He arranged to come out literally right away.
With his knowledge and professional knowhow he managed

On the day the chaps turned up and were very clean and tidy even though the job demanded a little demolition!

He explained how to keep it nice and the kind of wood to burn and everything else I needed to know.

We asked for a quote of what size burner we could have, and J Gray came over and measured up and sent us a quote, which we was happy with. The burner was installed without any upset to our home. The burner was tested and checked before he left. The service is excellent and would highly recommend this company. We are now asking for an appointment for the chimney to be swept each year. Josh has fitted us a Portway Rochester woodburner and we are delighted with the service he has provided from quotation to completion. Excellent communication from him with regards to when he would be attending, very polite and professional at all times.
