we had the privilege of having josh come up at very short notice today to help my sister who was extremely distressed, after sweeping her own chimmney and having the chimmney brush come away from the rods, and get stuck in the chimmney.
This is my sisters only form of heating in her home.
we spoke to Josh on a Saturday morning when this happened.
Although it was the weekend and he had his little one.
He arranged to come out literally right away.
With his knowledge and professional knowhow he managed
to retrieve the missing chimmney brush.
Josh was friendly and supportive. Would definitely recommend his services 👌

Josh has fitted us a Portway Rochester woodburner and we are delighted with the service he has provided from quotation to completion. Excellent communication from him with regards to when he would be attending, very polite and professional at all times.
